This was by far the worst restaurant my family and I have been to. We travel a lot and this is our second time visiting Italy but we have never had service this bad. Our waitress seemed to only care for the locals and seemingly ignored us. As for the food, the calamari was undercooked, the bread was rock hard, our lasagna was freezing cold and they made us feel as though it was our fault for sending it back. Do not come to this place!

It looks like a nice place, overlooking the lake and with a seemingly nice ambience but the food was unsatisfactory with my unevenly cooked beef so poor that I couldn’t chew it sufficiently to swallow it. It seemed that no one took pride in the food and it was plated up to look ok but the quality was dreadfully poor and was served less than luke warm on cold plates. We were also charged a €5 cover charge rather an insult methinks! We didn’t leave a tip.
