Captain D's - Memphis

The food is always good, but sometimes the staff is not very professional. They're on their phones, loud talking each other, or their dress attire is not kept. As the manager I would probably lose staffing due to me correcting them for their lack of professionalism and appearance in the work place.

They have the same problem as the rest of the food chain. I never get my full order

I don’t usually get lunch before noon. However I had to today and I am really disappointed in the food! The service was great, no line, but my Sandwich was cold. My fish just didn’t taste fresh, it was soggy filled with grease. The fried okra was super soggy and soaked with grease. I had a bad experience here before my fist time trying this location about 5 months ago and was hoping I’d get a better experience. Unfortunately, i don’t plan on trying this location again.

Had a horrible experience at this place. We placed an online order at 4:30 last Friday, 10/21. Gave them am hoir to fix it. Got there at 5:30 to pick it up and them the drama happened. They couldn't fund the order, it wasn't in the system, they weren't going to make it for us or refund us. I did file a complaint, and the owner of the store did contact me. The food was not good mostly fish. The parking lot was nasty. I ate my food in the parking lot went back around for a pecan pie. They meaning a Man and lady took my order, get to the window they said what u order ” oh we didn't ring that up” sat there 5 minutes for a slice if pie. No apology or anything.
