Sybil took really good care of us. Customer service seems to be really good all around. Food was quick and very presentable. Pleasantly surprised by how yummy my South western salad w fried chicken was! Bathrooms are nice and clean. Only complaint are the animal 'trophies ' all over the place. Personally a little offensive so I would 've liked the option of sitting somewhere without it. Just a warning in case for those who also don 't care for it.

Everything... read more Early afternoon visit, at 3pm. Plenty of tables, so seated quickly. Ordered buffalo chicken sandwich, Holy smokes burger (yes it is hot), Kooky club. Everything was hot delicious. Fries with all were tasty Also had a beer and strawberry mojito. Also excellent. Drinks food came out timely. Ordered the deep dish brownie, for the 3 of us to share. Yummy! Thanks Sybil for great service!! Highly recommend this place.

I ordered the Maple Sirloin and while giving my order to the server, I specifically asked that my steak be cooked ext... read more I was rather disappointed with this place. I ordered the Maple Sirloin and while giving my order to the server, I specifically asked that my steak be cooked extra well done. Less than 10 minutes later, the server brings me out a mini skillet with a fewgreen beans and cut up pieces of steak sitting on top of the green beans. The mashed potatoes were missing and I had to askwhere they were for the server to let me know that they had run out and then he proceeded to ask me what I wanted in place ofthem. The steak was pink and it was practically mooing so I asked the server if he could please ask the cook if he would throwit back on the grill. He brings it back and it was still pink even after already sending it back for the same reason. I thenasked for a manager and he did take my meal off the bill but it was still a disappointing experience because I had read suchgreat reviews of this place. My friend ordered the Maple Bacon Burger and she was satisfied with it. I don?t think I would visithere again.
