From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, and the stunning venue immediately caught my eye. This 13-course mid-week sushi experience, priced at $185 per person, takes place at the chef’s counter for an intimate dining experience. Standout dishes for me included the deep-fried shrimp wrapped in knafeh, charcoal-seared A5 wagyu nigiri, and their signature unagi hand roll. The deconstructed cheesecake also deserves a special mention—I’d even say it’s one of the best desserts I’ve ever had at an omakase. Overall, each dish was expertly prepared, and the pacing of the menu was perfect. I would definitely return to Warabi again. Highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t yet!
