I was placing an order worth $15 when they offered me a 6-piece waffle, saying it was cheaper. They then asked me what kind of packaging I wanted—either a bag or a box. This upset me because usually, Waffee Cafe provides a plastic bag along with the box. When I requested a bag, they said they didn’t have any and explained that’s why they asked about the packaging choice. It was frustrating since they could have simply told me they had run out of plastic bags. On top of that, they were also out of iced chocolate, which was disappointing. Overall, my experience with the menu and service left much to be desired.
