Lizzie enjoyed the cheese cakes at this place, finding them fluffy and sweet, with the perfect portion size and amazing taste - not too cheesy or overly sweet. The madeleines were also delicious. However, Lizzie found the portion sizes to be very small, but felt it was worth it because of the fluffy texture and unique taste that sets this place apart from others.

It 's so light and fluffy, you 'd literally inhale it! 2016 Uncle Tetsu 's really knows how to put the 'moist ' in cheesecake, these literally are the epitome of 'moist '. The famous fluffy and delicate texture is what earned Uncle Tetsu 's universal acclaim. It 's very different to the cheesecakes of the old world, with only a slight after taste of cheese, lack of biscuit base and overall loss of that, dense stomach real estate feeling. Just like eating a cloud. A 'moist ' cloud.
