Had dinner here this evening. Restaurant was quiet. I was greeted at the door by the waitress and shown to the table I'd booked. I had a wait a little for my friend so had a loo at the menu. My lent fasting means that I am restricted in my diet however the menu had a great mix of meat and dairy free dishes. We ordered the spanakopita and zucchini fritters to start and followed this up with the calypso (calamari) pita... View all feedback.
What Devonte Gislason doesn't like about Triakosia:
We had the gigantes and souvlaki. The meal was beautiful but not enough to fill you up. Especially the souvlaki. It is too small and not filling. For the price you are paying the souvlaki should be bigger or charge cheaper as it is SMALL....We left feeling hungry. View all feedback.
The best lamming circle in melbourne! also to test the porkwors and cry! it reminded me of Greece! next level! Here is a must! oakleigh gyro can be a little or two of this place leaning.
Not only eating well and the personal excellent, but the live musicians were the best. next we had to experience a Greek culinary experience outside Greece. we'll go back there.
Incredible and **** generous. at the arrival we sat before the restaurant. an order to move away from the doorstep was welcomed, and as soon as we have ordered, we certainly did not disappoint. we had an intermediate guest in the city. we usually met another certain Greek tavern to the firm, but we thought we were trying to support this new local to support the up and come. the plate of seafood and meat was excessively generous, fresh and to write home. the sides were also on the spot. I couldn't owe it. we will be back and pass the food to all the locals. certainly a welcome supplement to our local firm.
This was my second visit to this restaurant. It was a Thursday night and there weren't many diners. The acoustics in this restaurant aren't good and it was hard to hear when other diners were speaking loudly. The food was nice however way too salty for my taste, but I've found that Greek food tends to be quite salty overall. The chips here are to die for. Octopus was ok but a bit tough, similarly the beans were a bit soggy and tough. Spanakopita was great as was the desert and the service was very good. Wine prices were reasonable with an extensive list of beverages.
Really loved our dinner here great food and value for a relaxed atmosphere with just the right amount of food service. Thank you we’ll be back for sure!
