After having such a hostile experience at another cafe, we wandered into the three daughters cafe. What a lovely place. The staff were very friendly, very accommodating to the little one I'd brought along with me. The menu is great, our food was delicious. I'd definitely come here again, breakfast, brunch or lunch. Homemade sausage rolls are great. View all feedback.

3.5. A good local cafe. The sort of place that's perfect for a 3.5, 70%, if only that mark was available on the app. This place is bustling and clearly popular with locals. It's small inside maybe half a dozen tables only with the option of sitting at the counter. There are a few tables outside though and people were in those enjoying the welcome spring sunshine. I ordered a blueberry muffin which was basic but fine. I liked my cappuccino which was well made and looked good and tasted good. Creamy with nice length. The decor's a bit tired here and I was struggling to discern the overarching theme if there is one. It's not a major matter. Service was lovely throughout and the staff were working hard and productively. A good solid local cafe was my impression.
Coffee was really good and the owner and the other staff was super friendly.
Amazing cafe. Big breakfast was incredible. Nourishing, hot incredible stuff. Staff super friendly. Pet friendly. Best cafe in Ivanhoe.
Three Daughters is my favourite cafe in Ivanhoe for coffee. Always a good brew and always great, friendly service. I go there most days for coffee. Nice outdoor seating and child-friendly too. They also do good food deals, the most popular of which seems to be their coffee and bacon and egg sandwich for $10. I'd also highly recommend the dumplings, even for takeaway.
Fourth and final chance today, and failed miserably. Pancakes were beyond a joke flat, rubbery and cooked in burnt fat, with a carelessly tossed piece of cheap ice cream.. the few berries were the only edible part. Smashing was also disappointing. Poorly presented with barely there goats cheese. Friendly but slow service to boot. Will not be going back. Save your money!
Service was prompt and friendly. We had Smashing, which was smashed avo served on mushroom and hash browns with poached eggs. Was underseasoned and tasteless. Duck Bun was scrumptious. The Mochas were yummy too.
