The first time... read more Because this pub is close to my house and I've always loved going there for drinks, I thought I'd try to go there for food. I gave it to chances. The first time they gave us dips and one was a straight aoli- which is...not a dip. When we complained they did nothing about it. The second time I had barramundi with green curry. The barramundi was still frozen and undercooked. When I complained, again they did nothing. I'm not a fussy eater but any means, but this was inedible. I will unfortunately never try to go back to the Leveson.

Garlic bread that was ordered as an entree came after the main meals served. The chicken has changed. Needed a serviette to absorb some of the grease on the schnitzel. Mash potato had to be returned as just warm and the parma ... oh the parma that we knew and loved seems to have gone. The sauce just tomato paste like.Guess we will be looking elsewhere for an amazing parma in future. Very disappointed

This was a Pub i had never heard of until we googled Best Pub Meals in Melbourne.We walked in with high expectations and were pleasently surprised.Professional... read more This was a Pub i had never heard of until we googled Best Pub Meals in Melbourne.We walked in with high expectations and were pleasently surprised.Professional Wait staff ensured we were comfortable and presented the menu. We ordered 4 different meals off the menu and Enter'.All of the meals came out in a timely manner and were presented well and tasted great.The Table was cleared as soon as they saw we had finished out meal. (FANTASTIC) and the staff continued to be attentive and ensured we were looked after for additional drinks and coffee's etc.Overall a really great experience. Thanks for the memorable Dinner.The young gentleman that looked after us (Rory?) was excellent.

From the perfect Parma with its home made sauce an... read more Welcome was very nice and it was very cozy by the fire on a cold day. But it’s the food here that stands out. From the perfect Parma with its home made sauce and served piping hot they obviously take care and attention with the favourites. But for me it was the new winter dish of sausages and mash potatoes. Everything was perfectly seasoned but the mash stood out as it was so silky and with the house made gravy with caramelised onions will have me coming back. It’s the mark of an excellent chef to make something seemingly so simple extraordinary. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–40
