It was impressive to see how smoothly everything ran, especially considering the restaurant had only been open for seven weeks when I visited. A big thank you to the chefs and the front-of-house team who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time, even though I was trying to rush them. (Note to self: don’t attempt to fit a set menu in before a 7:30 show!) I will definitely return to explore the rest of the menu!
