Sunda is a culinary collaboration of vibrant South East Asian flavors and native Australian ingredients, crafted by Executive Chef Khanh Nguyen. Inspired by the bold tastes of Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam, Sunda's menu combines unexpected elements using lesser known ingredients and techniques. Guests can choose between two set menus: the Sunda Classics menu priced at $98 per person or The Full Sunda Experience at $168 per person, both curated by Chef Khanh Nguyen. All good. Perhaps a case could be made that it's a little pricey and it's a set menu, so there's no choice. However lovely meal, exceptional service, very enjoyable experience.
