It didn’t taste authentic at all—more like chai, perhaps—with a strange flavor and aroma. The drink wasn’t green, the matcha was clumpy, and there was too much milk, resulting in no real matcha taste. Charging $7 for this is quite disappointing. I hope they improve it or consider removing it from the menu entirely. On a positive note, the service at St Cooper Café was very friendly, the tables were clean, and the atmosphere was great.
