Description

Shujinko Ramen in Melbourne's CBD is a hidden gem that offers delicious noodle dishes with beautiful broths, particularly the spicy one. Open 24 hours, it provides a cozy Tokyo izakaya feel and is perfect for a late-night healthy feed. The staff is outstanding, the portions are large, and the atmosphere is lively. While some found the ramen slightly garlicky, overall, the quality of the food is exceptional. From the tender edamame to the flavorful broth and velvety textures, Shujinko Ramen does not disappoint. Customers may experience a short wait, but the fantastic bowls of soup noodles make it worth it. Offering various options on the menu and efficient service, Shujinko Ramen stands out as a top spot for a satisfying ramen experience in Melbourne.

3.5. Ordered takeaway, just a note that the website is not up to date and they no longer have the ramen set, plus I think the ramen has gone up in price... the shujinko ramen was nice, tasty broth, perfectly cooked egg and noodles. Would’ve liked perhaps an extra pork belly. Chicken karaage was fine.

The experience was quite mediocre. Having bean sprouts and bok choy in the pork Shujinko Ramen felt unappetizing. This isn't biang biang noodles, after all.
