They actually craft their gluten-free base, and it tastes like authentic Neapolitan pizza. The Prosciutto Pizza was a definite 10/10. You absolutely need to visit this place. The staff was incredibly lovely and accommodating when I mentioned my celiac condition. I’m really impressed!
