What a great place to celebrate two dear friends significant birthdays. I organised this with the team at Rice Queen from London. They're brilliant. Gluten free cake, great Asian fusion menu and deadly cocktails. So pleased it all went well. Priced well and never a hiccup. Thank you Rice Queen until next time View all feedback.
What Théodore Gros doesn't like about Rice Queen:
Food 4/10 (some nice dishes; but mostly not very good Asian food) Service 8/10 (friendly; attentive) Decor 9/10 (excellent styling) Ambience 7/10 (music way too loud) This is a nice marketing concept but doesn't deliver where it counts (in the kitchen). View all feedback.
My family surprised me with a dinner here. Lovely atmosphere, food was amazing, lovely staff, only downside, if you have trouble with your eyesight, the menu is very hard to read with such poor lighting, my husband had to use the torch on his phone. But overall would highly recommend this restaurant
Delicious food, fun atmosphere and unique cocktails. We enjoyed dinner here with our family and would highly recommend you giving it a go! Loved it!
Excellent service food was to die for very tasty modern asian food its a restaurant you should put on your bucket list ypu wont be disappointed
Been here before and was really happy with everything. Came back recently and was greatly disappointed. The whole time we were there, we were treated as if we were a nuisance. It's a shame because the food is great but the attitude of staff really lets them down.
We went for lunch. It was a nice cheerful place decorated all over the restaurant with bright colourful plastic cherry blossoms, lanterns and beautiful pictures of old Chinese characters. Music was a bit loud. We were all seated just inside the entrance. Not sure why the customers are not spread out over the big restaurant. We ordered the 48 hour cooked spicy beef short rib and salt and pepper squid on glass noodle salad. The rib was delicious and tender and the noodle salad was tasty too but it wasn't a big dish. For dessert we had dark chocolate sorbet served with a dash of Kahlua and frangelico a sprinkle of sesame and a touch of chilli. The sorbet was lovely and very smooth but the touch of chilli was only a thin slice of chilli sitting on top which was more like a decoration. We also had beer which I enjoyed as I found it quite fruity as usually I am not a big fan of beer.
