Parking is... read more This restaurant is beautiful and spotless, creating a lovely dining environment. The staff is generally friendly, adding to the positive experience. Parking is usually easy to find, which is a great convenience. Although the food can take some time to prepare, I believe it’s worth the wait for fresh ingredients. Overall, I would rate the food 5/5, the service 5/5, and the atmosphere 5/5. Highly recommended!

DODGY- OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERSThis is not the first time this has happened to me at this Red Rooster Outlet but I was charged more for my meal than what was disp... read more DODGY- OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERSThis is not the first time this has happened to me at this Red Rooster Outlet but I was charged more for my meal than what was displayed/advertised on the drive-thru menu!!This has probably happened to me about 4 times within the past 6-8 months (and I don't purchase from here often), and each time when I question it, the staff will have a reason- public holiday surcharge (which I've never heard of before for fast food outlets), just had a price increase...Today when I questioned why I was being overcharged, the lady told me that there was a price increase this morning and they hadn't yet changed the prices on the menu.How is this my problem and why should I be paying more than what is advertised on the menu?I am also skeptical as to whether the reason is actually true or if the manager is trying to scam customers by charging more, refunding the difference and keeping the money? This issue only seems to happen with staff from one specific ethnicity.I will never support this Red Rooster outlet again.

I called right the way a... read more I bought a Rippa Combo and a chicken roll around 10:30pm via drive through only to find out the Rippa roll was missing when I got home. I called right the way and spoke to Peter (manager he claims) who said they can’t do refunds. If i want i could drive back and pick up a rippa roll however, by the time I drive back they’d be closed! I paid $23.xx on my credit card but the girl didnt put a receipt in the paper bag. Now I have forwarded a formal complaint directly to Consumer Affairs and thanks to Peter’s disgusting customer service, I will never visit another Red Rooster ever again and that is a promise! I would give negative score if I could. To top this off, this was my first meal for the day as I had been moving house from 7am!
