Was Anonym at Pho House a mag?
People tend to flock to Laksa King around the corner, but who would want to wait in a queue extending outside the door there when you can walk straight in to this place right around the corner? The food is brilliant, pretty cheap and service is good too. Get the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup - it's their self proclaimed signature dish and is amazing! View all feedback.

We decided to deviate from our traditional family dinner night to try another local restaurant - which could have turned pear shaped very quickly with two young kids in tow.Happily we made our way into Pho House, which had changed hands from the last time we visited. We all tried a different soup ranging from tradition chicken Pho, rare beef Pho and a delicious laksa which rivaled, if not bettered a local well known restaurant. The restaurant's decor was modern and appealing, everything was very clean and the staff were very welcoming, helpful and great with the kids. I think we have found a new regular.
Had a great lunch here for 2 adults and one teen and one child (7) all enjoyed their meals. All up it was just $70 and we were full and happy. Not basement Viet cheapo but a good fit out and a more pleasant experience. The place is super clean with great crockery (not the standard Viet white or pattern). I Really appreciate that the music was not K-pop J-pop or V-pop. Just nice music (Stevie Wonder, Cold play etc) all played at a volume I could either listen to or ignore. Food was good, the beef spicy soup was my choice and I enjoyed it. Ms 13 had salt and pepper squid which she loved. Ms 7 had Har Gao which all disappeared in a matter of minutes so she could then have her smoothie mmmmmmmm! Clean toilets and nice staff made it a good Long Weekend Monday lunch.Thanks.
This place has the best Curry laksa, Vietnamese salad, satay chicken and Pho. I'm sure everything else is good too, we just cant get past the Curry laksa! Huge servings, good price. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Price per person: $1–20 Vegetarian options: The vegetarian curry laksa with extra eggplant is delicious, so is the vegetarian fried rice Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge street parking
