Some found the food lacking, with dishes being too spicy or not to their taste, while others enjoyed the variety and flavors of the menu. The decor was praised, as well as the attentive and friendly service. However, there were also reports of disrespectful staff interactions and a bone found in a dish. What Winfield Quitzon dislikes about Nobu:
Ate here while staying at Crown Metrapol Hotel. Breakfast was a large and varied selection including all your typical buffet items: both hot and cold foods, breads and pastries, omelette station etc. The little jars of jams near the bread were lovely. Some of the fruit was very underripe as it's not currently in season. Lunch was a good selection, again hot and cold foods and a good dessert selection. Ate here twice... View all feedback.
Two of us dined here recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. My partner doesn't like things too spicy and the waitress guided us accordingly. We shared a couple of entrees and two mains including the best Massaman I've ever tasted. The Duck was also very tasty as well. We enjoyed everything especially the complimentary glass of Moët. Just mention the word "welcome" when you book. Will be back
Thai street food in a very refined setting best describes Long Chim.Choosing the set lunch time menu , my partner and we're offered an assortment of great dishes all of which were beautifully presented and delicious. The set menu really was great value and offered an array of different dishes. Staff at Long Chim are friendly and approachable , they checked in regularly ensuring we were happy with our meals. We left happy and satisfied, recommended
The staff were very friendly and accommodating but the food left a lot to be desired. We had the $45.00 lunch menu. Both entrees were nice especially the Thai chive cakes which were delicious. The main courses were extremely spicy and hot. we had inquired and were told by staff that the mashed prawn curry would be mild. This was absolutely wrong. It was so hot that most of us could not eat it. We enjoyed the desert which was very tasty. We won't be back.
Eaten here a few times over the years and never disappoints. Love their pastas in particular. I had a simple penne carbonara and it was delicious. beautifully cooked and presented. One of the best I have eaten. My wife had the ravioli in burnt butter sauce and was equally impressed. Good value and quality tuner. Also the service staff here impressed. Must be a Crown thing as everywhere we went we w=felt very welcome.
My 18 year old daughter loves pizza, pasta all of it. She was in heaven when dining at Crown Emporio. We dined twice in the week and even I enjoyed it. Service was friendly and efficient. The only down side was the second time we dined I ordered a grilled salmon, and got a bone. Staff refused to acknowledge the problem blaming their "supplier". Not professional staff.
