I went to Nando's for lunch today at the Docklands branch. I ordered the hot classic wrap and it was delicious. The level of spiciness was just right. The chicken was juicy and tender, paired perfectly with the tomato and lettuce. I opted for takeout as the wrap was a bit messy to eat in the restaurant, with the filling continuously falling out. I stopped by Nando’s Docklands for a late night snack, and I'm glad I did. We ordered a whole chicken, with half done in Lemon and Herb sauce and the other half in Extra Hot sauce. I absolutely loved the Extra Hot sauce chicken - it was cooked perfectly, slightly smoky, and the flavors were delicious. Since it was late in the evening, there weren't many people around, so the service was quick and friendly. Nando’s is my guilty pleasure, and this visit was a great reminder why. The restaurant was clean, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of food. It's a good option if you prefer a less crowded dining experience.
I don't understand why this restaurant has so many negative reviews. I have been here three times and have always had a great experience. I love the salads, grills (especially the grilled/barbecued corn), and burgers. The staff is very friendly, and the location of the restaurant is perfect. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the chef is enjoyable to talk with. Overall, it's a great place to eat.
