Fields stores around melbourne visited because of the type of my work (requires a lot of travel) and because I love brownies and chocolate chip cookies. her coworker training is good because I have always found service to be excellent. which is one of the reasons I have rated them well. yes, I find the cookies a little on the expensive side, but they are consistently tasty and sometimes they just want something that is familiar. a chocolate chip cookie and a cuppa in my frank green becher was perfect for the cool day we had last week. mrs fields is child-friendly (sometimes for the small boys,) wheelchair-friendly and if they have diets, please talk to the staff as they like to help. I will return.

I had a click and collect order here for cookie dough to pick up and when it was my turn to go up to the counter I said hello and smiled and said I have an orde... read more I had a click and collect order here for cookie dough to pick up and when it was my turn to go up to the counter I said hello and smiled and said I have an order to pick up and showed the confirmation email on my phone, the lady didn’t even smile or say a word, just used her dirty fingers to touch my phone and actually zoom in on the email without asking me if she could touch my phone, and then she just left and went in the back. She was gone for about 5 minutes and all we hear is freezer doors slamming and clanking noises, she comes out and hands us a brown bag, again no smile or thank you. This lady was young late 20’s late 30’s and was Asian background. She had horrible customer service and she clearly did not care to be there.
