The food was delicious and satisfying. I tried gluten-free pancakes and coconut yogurt for the first time, and they were light and satisfying. The maple syrup was tasty and the strawberries were fresh and sweet. The mixed berry topping balanced out the yogurt and syrup perfectly. The coffee was also enjoyable.

Unlike many others, these pancakes aren't overwhelmingly sweet or loaded with fat, which I appreciate. The addition of compote and fresh berries provides a refreshing touch, while the cashew butter adds a luxurious creaminess. It looks like they've now switched to serving it with coconut yogurt, but I imagine it would have the same delicious effect.

My boyfriend ordered the special blueberry pancakes, which were fluffy and so tasty. The portion size was generous as well. The service was very friendly and the staff even informed us about daily specials that were not listed on the menu. I would highly recommend this place.

But I guess because he... read more Minimo was such a good spot for a quick coffee. The young barristor I had today was wearing tape around his wrist which was off putting. But I guess because he is crunching coffees out a rate it would do some serious damage to the skeletal segment of the hand. 10/10 would kill myself :
