Located at the Spencer Street end of Flinders Lane, the coffee at Leap's is decent—not amazing, but not bad either. The place sees a lot of regulars and tends to be busy most mornings. It's quite small, with a convenient hole-in-the-wall setup, but there are a few tables outside as well. They also serve lunch, and the Swine is a big fan of their steak sandwich with avocado. It's absolutely delicious! The staff are friendly. Overall, it's a bit of a hidden gem for workers in this part of town, especially nice when the weather is pleasant!
