Description

Kitty Burns, located next to the Yarra River, offers a picturesque setting with a creative and appealing menu. Despite the pleasant staff and beautiful atmosphere, some patrons have found their dining experience to be disappointing. While the cafe has won international awards for its design and offers a large and tasty menu, some guests have been let down by the quality of the food and coffee. Overall, Kitty Burns seems to be a mixed bag - with some diners enjoying the experience while others have left feeling underwhelmed.

Kitty burnt us with its cozy friendly place on today 's raining day. My wife and I, started to order coffee and juice aka 'Cold Killer ' hoping to warm ourselves... coconut milk caught my curiosity on the menu so I decided to order coconut cafe latte. Drinks came promptly and the coffee was interesting balanced for who has never tried coffee with coconut milk. The waitress was very attentive and very suggestive to us since it was our first visit. For our meal we had Popcorn Chilli Chicken served on Waffles and Egg Burnadict. It was delightful awesome meal, specially the pork neck roll with eggs benedict on top 'yolk lava running down ' . The decor is nice, the bar/pastry counter at the center is beautiful. Staff are friendly! Perfect Sunday spent! We definitely will go back

Love the food at Kitty Burns. It always looks amazing even a simple avocado and toast comes out on a wooden platter. The almond milk hot chocolate with a pretty flower is just gorgeous. Let alone the mug. I had a beautiful veggie lasagna and my partner had the omelette which was equally as tasty. We normally bike ride but decided to drive and park in the underground car park which was no problem at all finding. Just remember to purchase a parking ticket. We went on a Saturday morning and it wasn’t too busy easy to get a table straight away. Definitely going back.

Had breakfast there over the weekend for my birthday, what an amazing venue! We understood that we would have to wait for a table as that's pretty stock standard these days but the views around the area made the time pass extremely quickly, once seated the staff were prompt and extremely helpful and the food was above and beyond delicious! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

We had brunch yesterday for my friends leaving meal and it was amazing. I get coffee from you guys every day and it was so nice for my friends to enjoy their day drinking wine by the yarra. Our waiter Rohan was absolutely amazing, he was so attentive and we wanted for nothing. He was hilarious and just a legend! Thanks Kitty Burns.
