The chips were cold and soggy. The zinger was freezing cold. The veggies in it were literally frozen and the chicken was cold and rubbery. It was inedible and disgusting seriously. This has put me off kfc forever wow! I’m not sure what has happened to their standard but it is terrible.

The worker at the window was rude and seemed more interested in talking on his phone than taking my order. He then disappeared without a word, returning with a messy uniform and ignoring me completely. I was disgusted by his unprofessional behavior and decided to drive away without receiving any food. I will never go back to that KFC location again. It's important for a restaurant to present a clean and professional image in order to attract customers.
