I have been coming to this restaurant and the one in Box Hill off and on for many years because they are very cheap and I have always thought very well of the f... read more I have been coming to this restaurant and the one in Box Hill off and on for many years because they are very cheap and I have always thought very well of the food which while unpretentious is very tasty, particularly their cold salad/vegetable entrees and soups. However 2 nights ago they stuffed up my order and instead of apologising when I raised it on leaving the owner just abused me. Very dissappointing !

I decided to stop by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious bao skins and flavorful dumplings. While I felt a bit self-conscious watching the woman in the window prepare a variety of dishes, I overall enjoyed my meal. Noodle Kingdom is just one of many Asian restaurants in the area, but the competition keeps the quality high. I would recommend this spot for a quick and satisfying meal, although it may not be a top culinary experience. The restaurant offers dine-in and takeout options, and is also wheelchair accessible and kid-friendly.

It isn’t cheap, staff were disinterested generally and we very much regretted our experience.
