Jaspresso is one of the best Japanese-style brunch spots I've ever visited! I love the atmosphere—it's so clean, cozy, and calm, not loud at all. I ordered the Chicken Katsu, which was absolutely delicious, and also tried the Teriyaki Chicken and Hojicha Latte. The Hojicha Latte was a bit too milky for my taste, but still good. The katsu curry is outstanding — with a perfectly crispy cutlet, rich and comforting curry sauce, and a generous serving that always satisfies. Their matcha latte is equally impressive—smooth, earthy, and beautifully balanced without being overly sweet. It’s one of the best I’ve tasted in Melbourne. The service is consistently prompt and warmly friendly, while the relaxed vibe makes it an ideal spot to relax or catch up over a meal. Honestly, if I still lived in North Melbourne, I’d be visiting every week. It’s that good. Definitely a must-visit if you’re nearby — I already miss it!
