Was Anonym at Huckleberry a mag?
Located in Hawthorn just near Riversdale Road is the quirky Huckleberry Cafe. The coffee is great and we noticed a few vegie oriented dishes on the menu. We shared a Vegetarian cheese burger and found it spicy and delicious. My friend said we would cross town again to come here. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Huckleberry:
Ducked in here for a quick slice of toast and a cuppa!! $7 for 1 slice of toast and a tea. $12. I don't think so!!! Nothing special about this. Ordinary multi grain. I did question it and was informed that indeed a slice of bread is $7!! Try Finders Keepers or Red Fox Runs for a better experience. View all feedback.

Great owner! And great food and great service. Place is full for lunch. Owner making nice jokes and down to earth.
Huckleberry has a wonderful selection of home cooked salads, meals, muffins and slices in addition to offering breakfast and lunch with daily specials such as soups and pasta. The front of house is so enthusiastic it is refreshing. The coffee is top notch and their smashed avocado with honey delicious. They are music tragics so you will find an eclectic range of music playing. Give Huckleberry a try it's easy to park and attracts a great cross section of patrons.
I went to this restaurant for brunch on Easter Saturday and found the staff to be very friendly. I ordered the red velvet pancakes and they were delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend the chai latte. I also tried the salmon bagel and it was fantastic. I would definitely return. The ambiance is perfect for relaxing.
Muharam Cafe is a brunch spot that offers a mix of traditional Melbourne brunch dishes as well as some ethnic options. During our visit, we tried the chicken koththu roti and the red velvet pancakes. The chicken koththu roti stood out with its delicious and unique combination of roti pieces stir-fried into the dish. The thin and fluffy red velvet pancakes were served with fresh fruit, cream cheese, and chocolate sauce (although we wished there was more cream cheese). The coffee was excellent, the service was friendly, and the ambiance was cosy and modern.
