I saw the fries sitting next to the grill for some time before my burger was ready. "I wonder are those my fries?" I thought. Apparently they were because my fries were cold - which I discovered walking to the train (with no spare time). In fact - I was lucky to get the fries because when picking up my order I said "Simply Grill'd and fries right?" to which the shop attendant said "Oh, yeah that's right...." and went to get my fries. Monday 17th July 7:30pm. Not good.

I'm glad I checked my order before leaving because they forgot to include the fries. Other than that, the experience was okay.
