I was a little worried that having the low carb bun would make it feel like I was 'missing out' but it was very good! The chips are nice, but they do sorta taste like something you can easily cook at home. Great, friendly service.

Hope this message goes to the top management of this store I had a very unpleasant experience at your store. One of your staff member , big girl wearing specs serving on front counter (rostered on 28th June around 12:30pm) is very rude and have got no manners how to serve the customers and talk to them . Not once but twice I had a bad experience with this girl and she always being rude and disrespectful to me that I didn’t feel like eating at your place I love eating grills but not at Carlton store because of this lady . He went above and beyond to make... read more Had an issue with my order being sent to the wrong location (Yarraville instead of Carlton), but Ezra absolutely saved the day! He went above and beyond to make sure I still got my food despite the mix-up. His customer service was exceptional- he was proactive, helpful, and made what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive experience. It's rare to find staff who genuinely care about customer satisfaction like Ezra does. He turned an error into an opportunity to show what excellent service looks like.
