Gradi Crown - Melbourne

Eliza the waitress at Gradi was kind, polite and professional. Even though she was busy, she made time to check in on my table regularly, and accommodated our requests. I love the authentic food, the awesome atmosphere and the courteous staff . It’s always a wonderfully memorable experience at Gradi Crown

This restaurant is absolutely gorgeous. The customer service is top-notch and the atmosphere is lovely. I would definitely come back to dine here again. Here are my ratings out of 10: Customer Service 9, Food Quality 8, Atmosphere 9, Presentation 8.5, Products 9, Location 10. There is plenty of parking available at the multilevel parking lot. Overall, I give it a 9.

The restaurant was quite crowded, but not overly expensive. The majority of the food was delicious, although the risotto was a bit disappointing compared to the other dishes we tried. The ambiance was delightful. I would recommend trying the seafood pasta and vegetarian pastas.

Such a beautiful place and environment. This is an amazing restaurant to catch up with friends and family. Staff are one of the best points of this Italian restaurant. They are so friendly and helpful. Other than yummy and tasty foods, I fell in love with dishes shape and quality which made me enjoy better. Thank you

Food were fine and the cocktails were exquisite. All meals were very filling, there were 6 of us but almost didn’t get to finish them all. The staffs are all very attentive and helpful. There was this staff that went above and beyond to our needs. Such a shame that we didn’t get to ask for his name. We took our newborn with us and were lucky enough to get a sit that’s a bit spacious. A bit pricey, but nonetheless a good dining experience.
