The restaurant has a fantastic menu of delicious food available in the outdoor bar, along with a wide variety of draft beers, spirits, and wines. The service was top-notch and we loved the lively atmosphere, complete with great music on Friday nights and live sports on the screens. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this restaurant!
The beef cheeks and tandoori chicken were expertly cooked and served within 15 minutes of ordering by friendly and attentive staff.
I dined at The Gladdy last night (27/7/23) and had a fantastic dinner. The staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive. The food has always been great, but last night it exceeded expectations. We ordered the Gluten Free Parma and the Chicken Mushroom risotto, and both dishes were even more delicious than before. The chef did an outstanding job. The Gladdy is one of the few restaurants in the area that caters to those with celiac disease or gluten intolerance with tasty options!
I had seen this place a few times as I passed by on the bus to the airport. One day, I decided to stop and have a drink since I had some time to spare. When I walked in with my bags, I confused the staff as they thought I was looking for the motel (which I wasn't). The pub was pretty standard with the usual pokie machines and bottle shop you would expect from a suburban pub. It also serves as a motel, so there were more than just locals around. Overall, it was nothing special, and I probably won't stop here again on my next trip down.
