I'm no expert on Filipino food but I know what i like. Run by whom I assume is the owner, the service is friendly. You order at the counter where you immediately see the food is cooked over charcoal. We had a half chicken which was enough for the two of us. I should have asked for mote of the delicious slaw which looked like kimchee but wasn't and didn't taste like it either. The location is down an alleyway and we walked past it once. Don't miss it for a unique lunch.
Found this small Fillipino restaurant near Queen Victoria Market. The meals were very reasonable at around $12 each. When my meal came out l was thinking it wasn't the biggest meal l had seen. But after devouring the delishious crispy pork with crackling l was pleasantly full. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was clean. I would definitely visit again.
Came here for a quick snack before going out. Had the lechon with garlic rice which was fantastically rich and succulent. Also tried the pork skewers which were juicy. Friendly staff. The restaurant is small and located down a Lane way but is well worth a visit.
Been to this place a couple of time now. Had the sisig and lechon on rice, and both has been an absolute hit. Nice quite place to enjoy dinner after work.
