Description

Located in Coventry Street, this corner coffee shop has a unique atmosphere that was transformed by graffiti artists. While the coffee is consistently good and the food is enjoyable, some reviewers have noted that the staff can be distracted at times. Despite this, regular customers keep coming back for the great GF bread, yummy smashed avocado, and quality coffee. The cafe attracts a diverse crowd, from hipsters to yummy mummies, with its popular toasties and delightful jams. While prices may be a bit steep for some, the overall consensus is that this bustling cafe is worth a visit, especially for their amazing avo mash. Just make sure to avoid Sundays when they're closed, and consider checking out their sister cafe, Wynyard, for a similar menu and cozy ambiance.

Since moving office to South Melbourne this has become my go to place. A great friendly team, fantastic coffee and food. The 5 and dime bagel with Avocado is a must. Also do fantastic winter soups served with a couple of excellent chunky slices of sourdough.

The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere so it fills up fast. I tried the pulled pork with potatoes. The flavors were good, but the potato was undercooked which was disappointing. However, the coffee was exceptional!

Love the decor of this cafe. Minimalism. Simplist. Friendly customer service.<br/ <br/ We had the salad trio omg they were super fresh, flavoursome and generous portion. Came with my girlfriend and we ordered a salad each. We couldn't finish our salad. I guess for girls it is good to share for 1 salad.<br/ <br/ Coffee was great as usual. Love sitting by the window to get the glimpse of sunshine.<br/ <br/ Also love their chicken wrap. Yummo.

This is a great little cafe that has a cool vibe. Lots of windows make it nice and light, and though it's not large, there are a few places to sit. It can get busy, but service is still really good, and the staff are quite welcoming.<br/ <br/ The coffee is outstanding, and there is a small food menu. Everything is fresh, and the Reuben sandwich is delicious with fantastic ingredients. There are also some fabulous sweets on display, and they too are great. Giddiup has a lovely atmosphere, and with it's fab food and coffee, it's definitely a winner.

Had brunch on a Saturday here. Lucky that the weather was lovely to sit outside. We had the smashed avocado with a side of salmon which I highly recommend and the pulled pork potato which was beautiful. Loved it.
