What Kaela Casper dislikes about Frying Colours:
The food is pretty good but so overpriced. $16 for 4 small pieces of what they call kimchi pancake, not ok. The service was incredibly slow, we made a reservation for lunch. It took ONE hour before we saw any food. My partner ordered the ginger beer which was not even ginger beer, we saw the waitress mixing tonic water and a Bichfords concentrate. Will not return. This restaurant has closed down. Tried to go Friday night and there's a notice on the door that it has been repossessed by the landlord

In terms of the food, the presentation was good and the servings were generous. However, some dishes were lacking in taste and authenticity. The Original Korean Fried Chicken was decent but lacked originality. The Scotch Fillet with sweet potato glass noodles was overcooked and bland, and the Twice Cooked flame-grilled Pork Ribs were average. You can bring your own alcohol or choose from the short drink list available. Overall, the dining experience was enjoyable but could be bolder and more authentic. Reviewed by JT on 22/05/2017.
