This Thai restaurant in Melbourne has received mixed reviews from customers. While some enjoyed the fresh and intense flavors of dishes like the Pad Thai and Tom Yum soup, others were disappointed by the quality of food such as the green curry chicken and spring rolls. Service was also a point of contention, with some diners receiving quick and friendly service while others were left waiting for their orders. Despite the varying experiences, many found the food to be reasonably priced and worth a try. Ultimately, it seems that a visit to this restaurant could be hit or miss depending on individual tastes and expectations.

Was Nicola B at FOMO Thai a mag?
We were searching for a fast meal near our hotel that would cater to the vegetarian in our group. FOMO Thai exceeded our expectations with their wide range of options for vegetarians. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were reasonable. We would definitely recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.
What David B dislikes about FOMO Thai:
Decided to get Thai take away as staying in a nearby hotel and love my Thai. Ordered the Deep fried squid to start, and the Tom Yum. Picked up on time fast service. ENtre great , then came the soup. Flavour beautiful ... However mushy fish, rubber quid and mussels full of ? seaweed or something plant and woody??? YUK! If I 'd dined in would have sent it back. Shameas the soup flavour was lovely. YUMMMM!! Unlike your usual mid range Thai food around, FOMO Thai delivers Thai dishes the way they should be.
Had dinner there and my favorite Thai dish is a Tom Yum soup, this one was the best I had ever. They have a small and large portion I was advised to take the small one since their portions r huge. It was perfectly flavored sleigh spice with a generous amount of sea food, enjoyed every sip of it. For desert I had the coconut sago which was very nice as well and everything cost just 23 dollars
Excellent lunch place and reasonable priced. Upstairs seating also but sometimes can be a bit noisy. Food is lovely but must admit pick the same dishes each time.
We were visiting Melbourne from overseas. After having been on a long day tour, we saw this place near our hotel. As it was busy, we decided to just get takeaway. Upon return to our room, we pealed back the plastic, to reveal our beef masamam just swimming in oil. Shame, as the valour seemed good, but we just could not eat it with all the oil. The pad Thai was very basic. Tip always check our takeaway before you leave the premises!
