Dessous is the newest addition to Flinders Lane, located on the basement level of the iconic Richard Allen Building. Come for a drink and stay for dinner. Our eclectic wine list features Australian and International sustainable producers, offering fun and interesting wines that are simply delicious. Our menu includes smaller snack-driven treats, substantial main courses, and delightful desserts. You won't want to leave once you descend down that stairwell.

Basic food flavoured with sauce. Pork was full of fat. Rump was tough scallops were basic. Spanner crab was ok. Basic drinks list . Won’t be back. Does not live up to the reputation of flinders lane. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $140–160

This restaurant is beautiful with impressive and warm decor. The atmosphere was great, making it easy to hear each other and have a conversation. The food from the chef's menu was delicious, with each dish being perfect. The service was also excellent. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others.
