Was Anonym at Curry Point a mag?
Great samosas start the meal. A variety of curries, some hot, some not, with spectacular rice, naan and off you go. Takeaway is available as well. The clinetele is largely Indian, which says a lot for the quality and choices. There is usually a vegetable curry on offer. There aren't many tables, so you might have to wait. On warm days you can eat at a footpath table. Service is pleasant and efficient. Prices are attr... View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Curry Point:
The food is generally good. The lamb in my first curry was a bit tough, I enjoyed the spicy chicken much more. The roti was great, freshly cooked and not too oily. My main concern about the food is the large amount of rice compared to the curry (maybe cost cutting). Located on Queen Street, this small restaurant may not look like much from the outside, but the food is quite impressive. I ordered the butter chicken and curry lamb, both of which tasted delicious. The customer service was good, with the staff explaining the level of spiciness in each curry. Overall, I was pleased with the service and give it a thumbs up.
The garlic naan, two curries, and abundant amount of rice for only $11.50 is a steal. The spicy homemade food is comforting without any pretentiousness, and the staff is friendly and helpful. This place is perfect for takeout with a large menu to choose from.
I recently visited Curry Point for lunch. The restaurant has a clean and simple atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always providing great recommendations. The food was delicious with generous portions. I tried the Malai Kofta and Chicken Kadhai dishes. I am excited to return and explore more of their menu options on my next visit.
