It was closed. Closed on Valentine’s Day , yet it took our booking through your site. I opened the website (when I got there and saw it was closed), and it said it was open. But a fast internet search suggested it was closed. Your website also took the booking and had Monday night as opened and available for booking. Me and my date had to walk the street to find something open that had a table free for dinner. Makes me not so confident to use your website again, although I haven’t had this happen before when I’ve used your site . But restaurants being open when they take bookings should be fundamental to your system working
