The outdoor area is pet friendly which is great if we take the pooch and equally as nice if we decide to go it alone. The gentleman who generally serves you is friendly and has time for a quick chat. Stopped in for tea with my wife and two kids before going on spirit of Tasmania greeted quickly by host man was funny and very friendly with kids. I had spaghetti carbonara creamy and filling , wife had chicken risotto was rich, kids had fish and chips and chicken parma both fair sized for kids. An all round good experience before going to Tasmania for holiday will be back next time
We had a pleasant dinner with my husband on a Saturday evening. Giovanni was a welcoming and entertaining host. The service was quick and the food had a home-cooked feel to it. The restaurant is in a fantastic location.
The dessert, pizza, coffee, and wine were all superb. The restaurant is located at the end of the tram line, right before you reach the cruise ship terminal. Just be sure to purchase a tram ticket, as inspectors are known to be strict at this station when you return.

Came here on a Wednesday morning just at 9am, nice decor, however, waited to be served, then waited over 25 minutes for our breakfast to come when takeaway breakfasts were going out the door. Toast tasted stale and the sausages had be butchered. No fresh juices and when we asked, the man said we only have one chef. No apology or discount on the bill. I will not be returning here again!!!!
