De Clieu Cafe - Melbourne
De Clieu Cafe
Description
De Clieu, a charming café in Fitzroy, garners a mix of admiration and disappointment. While patrons rave about the exceptional coffee and vibrant atmosphere, food quality seems inconsistent. Some dishes shine, like the sweet potato fritters and breakfast waffles, yet others are forgettable or overpriced. Service has its highs and lows, with some experiences marred by delays or lackluster greetings. Despite these issues, many are drawn back by the café's inviting vibe and creative menu, making it a worthwhile stop for coffee enthusiasts and diners eager to explore new flavors.

Very sad to have moved away from here. This was my local coffee shop for the last two and a half years and I miss it! Great atmosphere and great coffee. I mean the members of staff have changed about 3 million times since I first came in, but each time I got the same great feel from the place. On the occasions I did eat in there it was fantastic, my favourite was the 'Pumpkin Doughnuts ' which I always waited with baited breath for them to bring back, but no such luck!
