Came in to change the coin for car wash, gave me 10 tokens, i have said sorry i dont want to take the token because I have bad experience with tokens before as the machine eat the token and didnot put time. The guy gave me another 5 x $1coin and 5x token again. I said “sorry but i dont want to take the tokens” then he tried to argue for 5mins.

I told her I never pay surcharge when using at other BP. She told me all BP charge a surcharge on motor card. I went to my cars however, picked up my past receipts from other BP to ahow her that i have never been charged surcharge. She wasn't even interested to see them. She then changed her story and said that it's a franchise and so this franchisee is different and so I have to chrged since I pump petrol here. Blacklist this place please.
