The salads are always fresh. It’s my “go to” lunch when I can get out the office and I regularly refer colleagues who are looking for a healthy lunch option. I like that the salads are clearly labeled for food allergies as someone who’s GF and that there’s a list of salads already planned out to choose from in case you get ingredient paralysis. What I do find frustrating is that I don’t know what’s GF of GF friendly in the add ons and snacks at a glance. Often there’s a queue to order and pay so I don’t have the time to check the ingredients as there’s pressure to get in and out. Lizzie’s first impression: I can’t say anything bad about this salad place. They do a DIY salad where you pick your main greens and then 4 choices of sides vegetables. Lizzie enjoyed: theres such a large variation and selection of veggies and meats to choose from. I love that they change it up so thy usually have a Smokey cauliflower during winter but not in summer. The dressing is honestly really fresh and tasty. Lizzie did not enjoy: the line can get ridiculous on a Normal day at lunch time so be sure to go a few minutes before peak hour.
