The coffee was exceptional, and I was impressed to learn that they roast their own beans in small batches using a Proaster. They use a La Marzocco Strada espresso machine and have top-notch equipment like two Mazzer Robur grinders, a Victoria Arduino Mythos One, and a Mahlkönig EK43.
