Such a beautiful space with lovely staff and great coffee. This place epitomizes Melbourne coffee. Yum, highly recommended - just a tad disappointed they didn't serve almond milk.
Altus is a new business and what an asset it is!! Coffee is the only focus for the business and they do it extremely well. I love supporting young innovators and the team here is deserving of great success. It's a cosy and visually interesting space. The coffee is their unique roast and it is amazing. Food is simple fresh pastries to support the coffee focus. Wow! Wow! Wow!

I paired my coffee with a coconut and cinnamon croissant, which was a perfect complement. The only thing that could have made it better is if it had been warmed up slightly. The service at Altius was friendly and laid-back, with regular customers popping in and out to satisfy their caffeine cravings. The exceptional coffee at this café demonstrates that sometimes focusing on doing one thing perfectly is all it takes for people to appreciate and love your establishment.
I stopped by this cafe for a coffee to go. The service was friendly and polite. All the coffees here come with a double shot as standard, which I appreciate. My coffee was delicious, with a great coffee flavor, good milk froth, and some fun latte art. Overall, this cafe is worth a visit.
