What OpenTable Diner dislikes about 400 Gradi:
We visited Gradi East on a busy Saturday night and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Our server was overwhelmed with a large number of tables, resulting in delays in taking our drink and meal orders. Our mains arrived at different times, which was unacceptable. Despite the server's apology and offer of complimentary dessert and coffee, we were already disappointed and decided to leave early. The high pric... View all feedback.
I have previously been a huge fan of 400 gradi in Brunswick and was looking forward to finally trying the Ringwood East branch for Mother's Day in 2017. I
Satisfied my pasta and pizza craving at 400 GradiRecently develop the taste for cured meat and cheese so I have to order their Gradi Antipasto Board.
The restaurant was busy, and a friend was half an hour too late as it is a little tricky to find if they are not familiar with eastland. we had put our serviettes on the knee without being asked whether we were waiting for another person. angry, but probably fair enough. eating was expensive, but was very good and authentic, so fair enough. the staff was very attentive until we finished our coffee, but we were ignored afterwards. I know I was informed that we had only a limited estime when I had booked, but I felt hastily to go after 2 hours (at 9 o'clock.) maybe fair enough, no split bill probably fair enough in a busy restaurant, but the waiter has charged one of my party twice, and it took him one because to clarify what had happened. I met friends I hadn't seen since a while, and I mistakenly booked this restaurant. Perhaps good for a special occasion as eating is delicious and authentic, but too expensive, loud and hastily come together for a friend.
The sizes of the dishes are very large and while it’s a bit pricey overall, the quality of staff and food warrants the price. Great interior and good atmosphere!
