I got my dog his first puppuccino last week and for some reason they had an extra hand, so they gave us two. I gave him one in the car and one when we came home. I went back today and only have one puppy. The look of shock and disappointment when we went into the entrance and I had no second for him was invaluable and a little heart broke! The following tantrum and the subsequent silent treatment were also quite entertaining. I'd say he's satisfied with his contract. As always, my Java chip frappuccino was delicious!
This is a standard outlet of this chain. Usually very busy. Has indoor and outdoor seating and a good place to meet people.
Always good service and they always remember the pup cup!
4 stars because parking and drive thru is always a mess at this location. No fault of theirs
The drive thru line went quickly and the employee was friendly and efficient. Our breakfast sandwiches were hot and delicious too. My chai latte was not very flavorful but overall great experience
