I came with six friends, and as we went through the menu, they worked seamlessly as a team to make sure all our needs were met. It's rare to experience such excellent customer service nowadays. Usually, staff members get scattered and leave customers waiting, but they ensured our orders were accurate and served promptly. Thank you so much, guys!

They overcharged me for a coffee and a bagel, and inexplicably added an 8oz cream cheese charge to my bill. There were only two young employees on duty, and it seemed like they were unable to assist customers properly due to the lack of a manager present. The drive-thru was overcrowded, and it was frustrating to see just two inexperienced staff members trying to handle it all. Overall, I'm really unhappy with the service.
