Both were served in good-sized portions. * **Used an old gift card:** We were able to redeem a gift card that was a decade old because all the Applebee's in our previous hometown had closed. However, there were some downsides: * **Limited menu variety:** The menu hasn’t changed much over the years (though some may see that as a positive). * **Food quality:** The food wasn't as good as we remembered.
