Here's a rewritten version of the restaurant review: "Okay, not all locations are fantastic, but this one on 120 is exceptional. The young staff here are efficient, friendly, and very helpful. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of fresh donuts, despite the late hour. Thank you for providing such a tasty variety! The prices are very affordable, especially for a dozen donuts, and I love the 31 flavors of ice cream. I will definitely make the drive to this location for our treats!"

They overcharged me for a coffee and a bagel, and inexplicably added an 8oz cream cheese charge to my bill. There were only two young employees on duty, and it seemed like they were unable to assist customers properly due to the lack of a manager present. The drive-thru was overcrowded, and it was frustrating to see just two inexperienced staff members trying to handle it all. Overall, I'm really unhappy with the service.

The staff is almo... read more The only thing worth mentioning at this Dunkin' is their ice cream cakes. Sadly, the service is consistently poor—did I mention how bad it is? The staff is almost always short-handed, which seems to be the owner's responsibility. On top of that, they frequently run out of donuts even during slow times. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

They seemed rushed and were rude, which was disappointing. This Dunkin' location is usually my favorite in the area, and I often go out of my way to visit because of their great menu.
