I have placed three p... read more I enjoy Pho Town because it is one of the few Vietnamese restaurants in McDonough. However, I do not recommend ordering online for pickup. I have placed three pickup orders here before and each time it has taken a long time for them to accept the order or prepare it. Today, I placed an online order 25 minutes before picking it up, but it had not been accepted by the time I arrived. They accepted it when I mentioned it in person and told me there would be a five minute wait. Despite these issues, the staff is polite, the service is usually good, and the food is usually good. They do offer a vegetarian option, a veggie pho dish. Overall, I would not be writing a complaint if this had only happened once, but it has been a recurring issue for me.

The ambiance was just right, the customer service was outstanding, and the food was delicious and visually appealing. The restaurant was very clean and the employees were dressed appropriately. I dined with my husband and son, who is a picky eater and enjoyed the pizza. I will definitely be returning with my family and friends. Our server, Tony, was amazing! He made sure my son's sprite was refilled promptly, showing great kid-friendliness. We had a wonderful dining experience overall.

I appreciated the option to customize my own bowl of pho, as sometimes I want something different than what is on the menu. Unlike other establishments where I have been charged extra for substitutions, here you can choose exactly what you want or stick to the traditional options. The broth was flavorful and fresh, just how I like it. The eggrolls were also delicious. I will definitely be returning to satisfy my pho cravings!

Eight DoorDash orders were fulfilled during that time, and then a group of people on their lunch break received their food before us. The service was terrible, and I will never eat here again. Service for dine-in and the atmosphere both rated a 1.
