Stephanie was awesome! We loved her smile and her attention to detail. She checked on us frequently. She was genuinely concerned about us. Please give her a raise!Kathy was the manager and she was very kind and concerned about our experience! We love y’all! Thank you for a great dining experience!
This place has the kindest, most competent manager of any restaurant I've been to in the state!. I say she may be manager but it seems like she does just about everything. If there's any problem at all she promptly solves it. There just doesn't seem to be anywhere else that has any employees like this one⁶. She surprisingly shocked my entire family..Her name...I feel awful because I lost the receipt.. but my kids insist her name was either Patricia, Trish...or Trisha...My family and extended family were treated so well by this person that we really want to accurately give the credit due to this particular person.i don't know if she was out for a awhile for personal reasons or what..but we went back recently and to our pleasure she was back . To be greeted by her with that infectious smile ..wow..This kind of service will insure that we along with the other 5 families I've recommended will continue to eat here. My family was going through a rough patch some time ago she just.....she caused us to feel good and made our entire week better! So refreshing to know that there are individuals still working in the service industry like this very bright , down to Earth, understanding...just all around wonderful person. The next visit we are pooling our resources together and will be sure to give her a huge tip..It's the least we can do. God bless you for having the good sense to retain this wonderful employee and God bless you, mam! You have made this our new FAVORITE restaurant. Whoever, the owner or general manager is We all ask to please do whatever is needed to hold onto this young lady! She is a great rarity!! Thanks again mam and O, Charley's! ???
What saddened me the most was that I specifically came for the pie, but unfortunately, I missed out on the free pie Wednesday. The peach cobbler was made with canned peaches, lacked any seasoning, and was topped with a store-bought crust. It tasted and smelled overwhelmingly of vanilla. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, I don’t like to give negative reviews, and it truly saddens me to say that I won’t be coming back. Before deciding to eat here, we even discussed the cost, and after spending $55, I'm left feeling regretful. It would have been better to remember this place as it once was.
I ordered the ribs and the pork chop plate, which came with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Unfortunately, both the ribs and the pork chop were not fresh. They were tough, and the server admitted that they are usually tender enough to fall off the bone, but not this time. Cutting them with a knife was difficult due to their toughness. The manager offered a small discount on the bill instead of addressing the quality of the food directly. I wish I had taken pictures, like I usually do, but I don't think I’ll be returning to this restaurant.
This recipe definitely needs some revision. The spaghetti was underwhelming, and the cream sauce lacked flavor—even with added seasonings, it was only mediocre. The chicken was passable until the manager decided to remake it, and then it turned out tough. I hadn't visited O'Charley's in quite some time, and now I understand why. The children's mini corn dogs were actually better than my meal. The hamburger was just average, and the frozen fries were disappointing. Given the price, the food really fell short in terms of flavor. On a positive note, the service was excellent.
